The first thing is we should have a meeting via telephone. Here we can layout where you are in your process and access the next step. I have a program questionnaire for you to fillout that is designed to help you to get in touch with what you are thinking and feeling about what you want in a home.

My design service fees range from about $3 to $8 per square foot. The lower end deals with drafting and consulting on projects where the design is already finished. I would be offering alternative options or just preparing the drawings for presentation to an engineer or building department. The higher end of this fee schedule covers a full scale custom designed home. Most of the projects will fall in the middle of this range.
