SITE - The site is on the north face of a 45 degree sloped hillside with scattered young pine trees. It is a 200'x 200' square lot. There is a road at the top of the lot where a parking garage or carport should be located.
PROGRAM - Each unit should have a fireplace, view and lofts for guest sleeping. Baths, kitchens and furnace rooms must be located adjacent to one another for construction economy. The units can be standardized or individualized. In the case of outside renters, the units should be separated from the main common space and each other for privacy purposes. Natural lighting is requested so do what you can. They all wish for an open, relaxed, child-friendly, and fun design for all seasons, with little impact on the site.
