Rise Up! Bakery

Welcome to Rise Up! Bakery. Personally, in my household, this is southern Oregon’s best old world bakery. Utilizing ovens and methods from the old world European style, and recipes, while also giving it the local flair that is southern Oregon. Check them out here. The design is an octagonal exposed frame with local pine poles, all cut and shaped on site and then put together with prowess and precision. It is a site to see and it was wonderful working with the local builders and the multi family community that lives and works on the land it sits.
